Arrangements regarding the protection of personal data are part provisions contained in criminal law to fulfill human rights Indonesian people. In Indonesia, arrangements this matter regulated several regulations, one which is statutory regulations. However, problem when effectiveness these regulations questioned by emergence some cases related breach data, was experienced PT Tokopedia. Departing from background, research aims discuss more deeply about problems using a case study approach.
